So far 2018 has been an excellent year for anyone looking to spice up their guitar tone thanks to Mooer's most recent pedal releases!
Mooer's new pedals don't just sound great, more importantly they showcase Mooer's dedication to pushing the boundaries in an industry that can at times be reluctant to embrace new technology.
Thanks to Mooer, it has never been more affordable for guitarists to experiment with a multitude of amplifier styles - many of which are either incredibly rare, incredibly expensive, or both. The introduction of the 11th, 12th, and 13th pedals into the Micro Preamp series lineup sees Mooer refining their take on the Dual-Rectifier sound with the Cali-Dual, as well as venturing into "brown sound" and boutique AC30 style territory.
Without a doubt the most significant release from Mooer this year has been the GE200. From its beautiful brushed aluminum housing, to the incredible array of effects and amp models, the Mooer GE200 brings high quality professional amp modelling within reach of the average musician and hobbyist.
Inside the GE200's sleek modern housing Mooer has crammed 55 digital amplifiers and 26 speaker cabinet models; all of which faithfully recreate their analogue counterparts using state of the art impulse response technology. Mooer then jammed in 70 high quality classic effects, including reverbs, delays, modulation and many more, as well as a 52 second looper, drum machine and the ability to store up to 200 presets! The result is a one stop shop of incredible guitar tone, which is as useful for the hobbyist recording at home, as it is for pros who are constantly on the road.
One things for sure, we can't wait to see what Mooer's got planned for the rest of 2018 and beyond!
